Warranty
Retail products are accompanied by the original manufacturer warranty. eZmaal.com does not offer any technical support, sales advice or after sales service. eZmaal.com cannot guarantee the compatibility of items. Please contact the manufacturer(s) directly if you have issues or concerns regarding compatibility.

Physical Damage Policy

Physical damage to any product purchased from eZmaal.com will effectively void warranty coverage. Physical damage means the product or its part, is chipped, burnt, bent, corroded and improper handling resulting in malfunction i.e. Not a Manufacturing defect. Generally physical damage happens due to improper installation, handling, electricity supply, weather, environments irregular usage. Physically damaged products cannot be accepted for replacement by vendors or manufacturers. As a result, if an RMA had been wrongly issued then eZmaal.com will return any physically damaged products in the same condition back to the customer at the customer's expense.
Warranties; all products sold "as-is" by the manufacturer

eZmaal.com is an online distributor of products and not a manufacturer. The products may, however, be covered by each manufacturer's warranty, service, and support policy (if present). eZmaal.com assigns and passes through to the customer any warranty of the manufacturer, and customer acknowledges that it shall have recourse only under such warranties and only as against the manufacturer of the products. eZmaal.com makes no representation or express warranty with respect to the product except those stated in the document. 

eZmaal.com disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, as to any such product, including and without limitation, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, and any implied warranties arising from statute, trade usage, course of dealing, or course of performance.

All items sold through eZmaal.com are sold in an "as-is" condition i.e., as per manufacturers packing. The quality and performance of the product is dependent on the manufacturer. Should any of these items prove defective, do not function or function improperly in any way following their purchase, the customer must contact the manufacturer directly for after sales service and support.


Return Policy
eZmaal Policy:

All returns must have a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. If the return meets the manufacturers and eZmaal.com’s guidelines, then the customer can obtain a RMA number by contacting eZmaal.com customer service team.

The customer may return the products that are purchased directly from eZmaal.com for a credit or refund of the purchase price paid, less shipping, handling and applicable restocking fees. Any return must be within 7 Days with other requirements below. If the customer fails to return the product within 7 Days, then the product is considered accepted and non returnable.


Manufacturers Policy:


Most products sold by eZmaal.com are subject to a manufacturers' warranty. Please refer to the manufacturer's website or contact them for further assistance. If a situation extends beyond the manufacturer service centers ability to resolve, contact eZmaal.com customer service for further guidance. All products re-sold by eZmaal.com are subject to the manufacturers' warranty.


Damaged Products: 

The customer has a right to refuse any damaged product upon original delivery attempt in presence of the delivery personal. If damaged products are accepted from the carrier, then note the damage on the carrier delivery record. Save the product and the original box and packaging. Contact customer service within 24 hours after receipt of shipment to arrange for a carrier inspection and a pickup of damaged products. Receipt of this information is necessary for eZmaal.com to file a damage claim with the freight carrier.

Order Discrepancies:

Contact customer service within 24 hours after receipt of shipment for all order discrepancies.


Defective Products or Dead on Arrivals DOA’s: 

Report defective products to customer service within 24 hours after receipt of the shipment. Most manufacturers require DOAs to be handled directly with them and in those cases eZmaal.com will provide the contact information. 

All DOA returns must be 100% complete, contain ALL original boxes and packing material, have original manufacturers packaging, contain all blank warranty cards, accessories and documentation provided by the manufacturer.


Hardware:

All hardware, accessories, peripherals, and parts may be returned if the packaging is unopened and still in its sealed package and returned within 15 days (if permitted by the manufacturer's return policy) from the date on the packing slip or invoice, whichever is sooner.

Software (Return Duration):

All software may be returned if the packaging is unopened and still in its sealed package. There are no returns accepted for any software that has been opened or for multiple software licenses, unless the publisher authorizes the return.


Non Returnable Product:

All products purchased from eZmaal.com are non returnable and nor refundable except for incorrect shipment of a product.

Return Process:

All returns must have a return material authorization (RMA) number. If the return meets the manufacturers & eZmaal.com guidelines, the customer can obtain a RMA number by contacting eZmaal.com customer service team.


Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of order from customers side:

Order once placed by the customer cannot be cancelled, but in any special case if agreed, to cancel the order the customer will have to pay restocking fees of 25% of order amount. Should a customer place duplicate order erroneously, one of the two orders can be cancelled without any re-stocking fees provided that the same if informed to customer service within 24 hours of the order placement.
Non Cancelable Order: Please note Orders of following products cannot be cancelled.

In the event that eZmaal.com chooses to withdraw from an order placed by the customer for which, the customer has been charged the cost for the product, eZmaal.com shall refund the paid amount in full.

Shipping Policy:

eZmaal.com provides shipping services to all Indian Cities for all orders about Rs. 200/-. eZmaal.com with its courier tie-ups has a well connected network of courier and/or other services to carry the deliverables/products to all the cities in India. eZmaal.com will ensure all the orders reach its customers on time. Once an order and its payment are received and verified, eZmaal.com will pack items for shipping. 


Ordering an item from eZmaal.com, we can ship to virtually any address in India through our Shipping partner. The shipper name and tracking information is available 1 business day after your order has shipped.


Change of Delivery Address:


Change of Delivery address will be permitted within 12 hours of placing the order, in case the delivery is changed beyond the stipulated time, the customer shall be charged for demurrage from original destination and reshipment of package to the new address. 


Calculating Cost:


All shipping charges are depending upon the distance, and/or weight and/or mode of delivery of the product in terms of physical weight or volumetric weight whichever is higher. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full Kilogram. The Shipping Address is where a customer wishes to receive his order. Number of days will depend upon the shipping options, which can typically range up to 7 working days.
